Are you in favor that marriage between two the same sex will be socially accepted?

I don’t know. It’s because if we are going to based it in our  religious beliefs, women are only intended for men as well as men are only for women….But, in our present situation, love affairs between the same sex is been a very great issue… We can’t also blame them that they love one another…Kung  sa kanta nga,”Love moves in mysterious ways”, di bah?… Walang pinipiling edad, mapabata man o matanda. But, if we’ll gonna think of it, it’s not that good to hear and still this is not yet accepted in our society as of today….I can’t also easily give my final judgment to this issue because what if we’re in their situation?

            They say, “When it hits you, it will be hard for you to escape”, this is how they defined the word “LOVE”. But then , why is that we are truly affected to what people think of us…though they just co-exist in our lives still we reconsider their opinions?….For me, maybe no man is an island.

            But, if it is true love.. It is bound to be happy, right?... If that will make them happy, why not let them free?... And give them the freedom…

            But then, there is still the word “BUT”…. And question such as, “Will the community and the Christian society accept this? Accepts on conducting marriage ceremony between the same sex in our country or outside….?

            But then, there are things that should be clarify first before we end up to our final decision…

Who’s more skillful and superior? Is it the men or the women?

Biologically speaking, women can give birth and build a home and this is some of the things that we are capable of. Aside from that, women are usually in charge in taking good care of their family and doing such household chores. But when it comes of doing heavy works at home, we prefer to have men to perform those certain task.

            The question is who’s more skillful and superior, is it the men or women?

            Is true that women are inferior to men?

            Well, the word equality cannot only be defined based on the physical strength of the person or what our eyes can only perceive…..

            Because, what’s lacking in men can be filled up by women and what is not in women can be found in men….

            But then until now, this question and argumentation is not yet put into its end…

            As I listened to my classmates before in Social Science 1 when we ma’am Santamaria asked whose more superior, is it the men or women? I have chosen to be in the sides of men. Yet my decision to be at the sides of men didn’t make me feel the satisfaction.

            As a think about this, I have read an article in a book which defined men from women as,

            “Man is the cerebrum, women is the heart. The cerebrum fabricates light, the heart produces love. Man is the code, woman is the gospel, the code corrects, the gospel perfects. Man is a genius, woman is an angel, genius is indefinable, and angel is immeasurable.”

            Based on these statements, these justify the equality among us. If we are going to have a look on our present situation, women are now capable of doing some works that were only intended before to men. And vice versa, men can now do and manage a home that before only women can perform…

            It is just a matter of acceptance and personal understanding to the things that is happening. We’re living in one world, we don’t need to compete and sacrifice to prove to ourselves who’s superior. We just need to help one another in achieving our goal that’s to live a harmonious life.

            Though we differ a lot, let love shine on us…. And, even we try to twist everything; we can’t deny that we women need men as well as men need us.
